<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. HELD JULY 8, 1968 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was dully called and held at the Village Hall in said Village <br />on July 8, 1968. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Shields, Curley and Grauel <br />and the following members were absent: C " 1 L" b <br />OunCl man lne arger <br /> <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3031 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND MANAGER TO <br />SIGN THE ATTACHED CONTRACT. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, the Mayor and Manager are authorized <br />to sign a contract, a copy of which is attached hereto, <br />marked Exhibit IIA" and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Shields and upon a vote being <br />taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br />
