<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~ffiETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JULY 22, 1968 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, iviinnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 22, 1968. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Hayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following member was absent: Councilman Shields <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3032 <br /> <br />\vrlEREAS, the Metropolitan Affairs Committee for the <br />Village of Roseville has been charged with reviewing <br />the work and actions of the h'letropolitan COtmcil and <br />its advisory committees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the ~retropolitan Affairs Committee for the Village of <br />Roseville has submitted a report to the Village Council <br />endorsing the recommendation of the [\Ietropoli tan Zoo <br />Advisory Connni ttee to the r,letropoli tan COlmcil; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council for the <br />Village of Roseville endorses the concept of the need <br />for a metropolitan zoo and the recommendation of the <br />Metropolitan Zoo Advisory Committee as to facilities, <br />programming, planning and construction and operation of <br />said zoo. <br /> <br />'TI1e motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken, the following <br />voted in favor of ti1e resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />h'HEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly -,)assed and adopted. <br />
