<br />Elctract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />V'lllage Council <br />Village of lbseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of lbseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, st. Paul, Minnesota, on M:>nday, <br /> <br />the 22nd <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />July <br /> <br />, 196 JL., at 7: 30 0 I clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were llresent: Mayer Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel and Linebarver <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Shields <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adolltion: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 3036 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-7 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Ibseville, Minne- <br /> <br />sota as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement No. 64-7 as finally a- <br />mended and adollted on October 11, 1965, was certified to the County Auditor of <br /> <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of llaraels ot property contained within <br /> <br />said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous pro- <br /> <br />perty owners and <br />
