<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~EETING OF Trill VILLAGE COUNCIL <br /> <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD JULY 22, 1968 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 22, <br />1968. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor HOll, <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following member was absent: Councilman Shields <br /> <br />Member Linebarger introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3037 <br /> <br />~~iEREAS, it is proposed to improve that area of the <br />Village of Roseville lying between Lexington Avenue and Roma Avenue <br />and Hamline Avenue and Chatsworth Street, by installation of storm <br />sewer, and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of <br />the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />429 as amended; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred <br />to the Banister Engineering Company for study and that they be <br />instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advis- <br />ing the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made <br />as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />TIle motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed <br /> <br />and adopted. <br />
