<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~lliETING OF THE VILLAC~ COUNCIL <br /> <br />OF ROSE VILLE , MINNE SOTA - HELD JULY 22, 1968 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 22, <br />1968. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the followi n g member was absent: Councilman Shields <br /> <br />~~mber Linebarger introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3038 <br /> <br />~HEREAS, it is proposed to improve that section of <br />the Village of Roseville lying between the Northern Pacific Railway <br />right-of-way and County Road C-2, Victoria Avenue to Lexington <br />Avenue by installation of storm sewer and to assess the benefitted <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, tilat the proposed improvement be referred to <br />tile Banister Engineering Company for study and that they be instructed <br />to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement <br />is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or <br />in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of <br />the improvement as recorronended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WilliREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed <br /> <br />and adopted. <br />
