EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~lliETING OF THE VILLAC~ COUNCIL OF ROSE VILLE , MINNE SOTA - HELD JULY 22, 1968 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 22, 1968. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Linebarger and the followi n g member was absent: Councilman Shields ~~mber Linebarger introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 3038 ~HEREAS, it is proposed to improve that section of the Village of Roseville lying between the Northern Pacific Railway right-of-way and County Road C-2, Victoria Avenue to Lexington Avenue by installation of storm sewer and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, tilat the proposed improvement be referred to tile Banister Engineering Company for study and that they be instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recorronended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against the same: None WilliREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
