EXTRACT OF MINU1ES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD JULY 22, 1968 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 22, 1968. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Linebarger and the following member was absent: Councilman Shields Member Linebarger introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 3039 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that section of the Village of Roseville lying between County Road D and Iona Lane between Mount Ridge Road and T:tlterstate High,,,ay 35 W by install- ation of storm sewer and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended; NOW, TIlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to Banister Engineering Company for study and that they be instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. TIle motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by ["{ember Curley and upon a vote being taken, the fOllowing voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
