<br />EX1RACT OF MINUTES OF 1vlEETING OF WE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br /> <br />OF ROSEVILLE. rvrrNNEsOTA - HELD JULY 22, 1968 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 22. <br />1968. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, <br />Councilman Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following member was absent: Councilman Shields <br /> <br />Member Linebarger introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3040 <br /> <br />WHEREAS it is proposed to improve that section of the <br />Village of Roseville lying between Northern Pacific Railway right- <br />of-way and Judith Avenue, and between Pascal and Sheldon Avenues, by <br />construction of storm sewers and to assess the benefitted property <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended; <br /> <br />NOW. TI1EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council <br />of Roseville, Minnesota. that the proposed improvement be referred <br />to the Banister Engineering Company for study and that they be <br />instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, <br />advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the esti- <br />mated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of tile foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed <br /> <br />and adopted. <br />
