<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~'1EETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br /> <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD JULY 22, 1968 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Ball in said Village on July 22, <br />1968. <br /> <br />The following members \iere present: Mayor Moll, <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following member was absent: Councilman Shields <br /> <br />~~mber Linebarger introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3040-A <br /> <br />WHERE~S, it is proposed to improve that section of tile <br />Village of Roseville lying between County Road B and Commerce Street <br />from Albert Street to Hamline Avenue by installation' of storm sewers <br />and to assess the benefiited property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 <br />as amended; <br /> <br />NOW, TIlEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to <br />the Public Works Director for study and. he is requested to report to <br />tile Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and <br />as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with <br />some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br />and the following voted against tile same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed <br /> <br />and adopted. <br />
