EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~ETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JULY 22, 1968 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, July 22, 1968, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Linebarger and the following was absent: Councilman Shields Councilman Graue 1 introduced and moved the adoption of the follow- ing resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 3042 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Fairview Avenue between County Road B and a point 500 feet north of County Road B by install- ation of street surfacing and concrete curb and gutter, and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve- ment, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended; NOW, nIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to the Public Works Director for study and that he is ins- tructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Curley and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
