<br />../} <br />/~--e Yc?~2 -/1 <br /> <br />EXTRA C~P OF MINU:mS OF IVrEEr]'ING OF 'rHE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF 'l'HE VILLJWE <br />OF ROSEVIliLE, rUNNESO'l'A <br /> <br />HELD JULY 29, 1968 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due ca]l and notice thereof, a special <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of RosevilJe, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village <br />Council Chambers in said Village on July 29, 1968, at 5:30 <br />o'clock P.M. CDST for the purpose of opening and considering <br />bids for and awarding the sale of $490,000 General Obligation <br />Ice Arena Revenue Bonds of said Village. <br /> <br />The following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The Clerk presented affidavits showing publication <br />of notice of call for bids on $490,000 General Obligation <br />Ice Arena Revenue Bonds of the Village, for which bids were <br />to be received at this meeting, in accordance with the <br />resolution adopted by the Village Council on July 8, 1968. <br />Said affidavits were examined, found to comply with the <br />provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 475, and were <br />approved and ordered placed on file. <br /> <br />The Council proceeded to receive and open bids for <br />the sale of said bonds.
