EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 9t" day of November 2009 at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: Roe, Pust, Johnson, Ihlan, and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Council Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10762 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN <br />PUBLIC ROADWAY EASEMENT (PF09-029) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville seeks the vacation of a certain roadway easement <br />adjacent to Sienna Green (Har Mar Apartments); and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Public Works Department in 2005 recorded a corrected legal <br />description of the subject roadway easements; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Surveyor has concluded that the original easement, <br />underlying the revised and corrected easement, needs to be officially vacated in order to record <br />the Aeon plat for Sienna Green; <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Public Works Department has determined that the easement is <br />no longer necessary for public purposes and can be vacated; and <br />WHEREAS, said EASEMENT described below (Document 1795426 in Book 2275, Page <br />978, of April 13, 1971) is to be vacated in its entirety: <br />A strip of land 50 feet in width over the following described property: <br />Subject to STH 36/118 and STH SI/125; the South 7 acres of the Northeast <br />Quarter (NEl/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SEI/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SEl/4) of <br />Section 9, Township 29, Range 23, County of Ramsey. <br />The Centerline of 50 foot strip of land described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point 437.82 feet North of the Southwest corner of the afore <br />described Quarter, Quarter, Quarter ('/, '/, '/4) in Section 9, Township 29, Range 23; <br />Thence east 220 feet; Thence south 56 degrees, 59 minutes, SO seconds East for 320.62 <br />feet, more or less, North of the South line of the afore described property and there <br />terminating. <br />
