EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 9th day of November, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Roe, Pust, Johnson, Ihlan and Klausing <br />and the following were absent:. None. <br />Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. 10760 <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING 2010 SCORE FUNDING GRANT <br />FOR USE IN ROSEVILLE'S RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council is committed to residential waste abatement through its curbside <br />recycling program, Clean Up Day, and Leaf Pick Up Program; and <br />WHEREAS, in order to improve Roseville's waste abatement programs and minimize the cost to Roseville <br />residents; and <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County has SCORE Funding Grants available for 2010; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager is authorized to submit a grant application to <br />Ramsey County fora 2010 SCORE Funding Grant and that that grant will be used for Roseville's waste <br />abatement programs. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Pust, and upon a vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Roe, Pust, Johnson, Ihlan and Klausing <br />and the following voted against the same:.none. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
