<br />NOW, THEREFORE, ))e it resolved by the Village Council of <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost of such tmprovement to be specially assessed <br />is hereby declared to be $ 5.988 . <br /> <br />2. The village Manager, together with the asiistance of <br />the village engineer, consulting engineer and fiscal consultant, <br />shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially <br />assessed for such tmprovement against every ~ssessable lot, <br />piece'ot parcel of land within the district affected, without <br />regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file <br />a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public <br />inspection. The Village Manager may arrange for the assistance <br />of the Machine Accounting Division of the County of Ramsey in <br />the preparation of the proposed assessment roll. <br /> <br />3. The village Manager shall, upon completion of such <br />proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof for their <br />further action and for their setting of an assessment hearing <br />therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Member Shie Ids <br /> <br />and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
