<br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />l. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed <br />is hereby declared to be $ 8,170 . <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager, together with the assistance of <br />the village engineer, consulting engineer and fiscal consultant, <br />shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially <br />assessed for such improvement against every ~ssessable lot, <br />piece' or parcel of land within the district affected, without <br />regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file <br />a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public <br />inspection. The Village ~anager may arrange for the assistance <br />of the Machine Accounting Division of the county of Ramsey in <br />the preparation of the proposed assessment roll. <br /> <br />3. The Village Manager shal~, upon completion of such <br />proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof for their <br />further action and for their setting of an assessment hearing <br />therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by <br /> <br />Member Shields <br /> <br />and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
