ORDINANCE NO. 1374 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE CHANGING THE <br />OFFICIAL ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AT <br />2180, 2218, 2234, 2236, AND 2240 HAMLINE AVENUE FROM SINGLE FAMILY <br />RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-1) AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br />(PUD) TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT WITH AN UNDERLYING <br />ZONING OF LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-1) <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) of <br />the City Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration of Planning File <br />08-030, the following properties (and associated parcels) addressed at 2180, 2218, 2234, 2236, <br />and 2240 Hamline Avenue, with the following Property Identification Numbers: <br />10-29-23-43-0083, 10-29-23-43-0084, 10-29-23-43-0085, 10-29-23-43-0086, 10-29-23-43-0087, <br />10-29-23-43-0098, 10-29-23-43-0099, 10-29-23-43-0103 <br />and legally described as: <br />PROPERTY LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND SURVEY ON FILE WITH THE <br />ROSEVILLE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br />are hereby rezoned from Single Family Residence District (R-1) and Planned Unit Development <br />District (PUD) to Planned Unit Development District (PUD) with an underlying zoning of <br />Limited Business District (B-1). <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code and Zoning <br />Map shall take effect upon: <br />1.
