<br />Extract of .Hinutes of Heeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in <br /> <br />said village on Monday, the 5th day of August, 1968, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor ~IDll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel, Shields and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />lVlember Grauel ;:ntroduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3049 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO n4PROVE11ENT <br />NO. 66-28 DECLARING COST TO BE <br />ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF PROPOSED ASSESS~mNT <br /> <br />~mEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. 66-28 <br />of the Village of Roseville, in the area described in the legal <br />notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the contract <br />price for such improvement is $110,474 and the other expenses <br />incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount <br />to $37,873 so that the total cost of the improvement will be <br />$148,347, and of this cost the village will pay $88,774 as its <br />share of the cost. <br />
