<br />\ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 305 <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Carlson Seconded that the following <br />Resolution be passed. Roll Call, Ayes (4)-Nays (0). <br /> <br />Be it resolved that the Village of Roseville does <br />hereby accept the terms of the Ordinance passed by the Village <br />of St. Anthony on November 18, 1959, and rely upon said <br />Ordinance which does agree to construct a connection to its <br />sewer system as requested in said Ordinance under specified <br />condi tions and agreements; that the Village of St. Anthony <br />will reimburse the Village of Roseville for any increase in <br />costs for enlargement of the trunk sewer to be completed <br />whether said Village of St. Anthony uses the connection or <br />not. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Village Council th is 19th day of <br />November, 1959. <br /> <br />ATTE$T:' . <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />/.' <br />/..a~~ <br />/ <br />./'" <br /> <br />,./'" <br /> <br /> <br />v~ <br /> <br />....<:. <br />
