On .ianuary Z5, 200G the Council ado�ted a policy that <br />resti-icted the use of LCA gra�i funds on �rojects w3�en e�ninent domain authoriiy was used to <br />acq�3ire private property for "ecorlomie de��elopi�ier7t" purposes in ec�nnection �+�ith the �rojecis.
