EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE �I'i'1� OF ROSEVILLE <br />*���*��**����f��t <br />Pursuant to �ue call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the Sth day of <br />January, 2004, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: and, and the following were absent:. <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION XXXX <br />Declare a Vacancy on the Roseville City Council <br />WHEREAS, the City Council will have a vacancy when Craig Klausing assumes <br />the office of Mayor on January 5. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville declares a <br />vacancy on the City Council. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof, <br />and .
