Regular City Council-12/15/03 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 16 <br />Sherren Street as Previously Approved by Council <br />Motion on 9/22/03 <br />Maschka moved, Klausing seconded, adoption of <br />Resolution No. 10172 entitled, "A Resolution Approving a <br />166 Square Foot Variance to Section 1004.01A5 (Overall <br />Area) of the Roseville City Code for Scott Santanni, 1019 <br />Sherren Street (PF 3512)." <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />B. Adopting a Resolution Establishing 2004 Building <br />Permit Fees <br />Maschka moved, Klausing seconded, adoption of <br />Resolution No. 10173 entitled, "Resolution Revising and <br />Updating Building Permit and Associated Permit Fees of <br />the Community Development Department;" with fees <br />effective January 1,2004. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />C. Authorizing the Re-Opening of the 49er's 2004 <br />Collective Bargaining Agreement to Reduce the Cost- <br />of-Living Adjustment (COLA) from 3% to 2.3% <br />Maschka/HIausing <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn sought clarification on reopening the <br />49er's Union contract; noting the 1% market adjustment <br />provided in the contract. <br />City Manager Beets acknowledged that the collective <br />bargaining provision allowed the City to reopen <br />negotiations with respect to compensation, and didn't <br />know what the result of the negotiations would be at this <br />point. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn noted that in a previous Council action <br />on a 3/2 vote, authorization was given for the COLA <br />Approving a <br />Variance for Scott <br />Santanni for an <br />Accessory Building <br />(Garage) at 1019 <br />Sherren Street as <br />Previously <br />Approved by <br />Council Motion on <br />9/22/03 <br />Resolution 10173 <br />Establishing 2004 <br />Building Permit <br />Fees <br />Authorizing the Re- <br />Opening of the <br />49er's 2004 <br />Collective <br />Bargaining <br />Agreement to <br />Reduce the Cost-of- <br />Living Adj ustment <br />(COLA) from 3 % <br />to 2.3% <br />
