Regular City Council-12/15/03 DRAFT Minutes - Page 16 Sherren Street as Previously Approved by Council Motion on 9/22/03 Maschka moved, Klausing seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10172 entitled, "A Resolution Approving a 166 Square Foot Variance to Section 1004.01A5 (Overall Area) of the Roseville City Code for Scott Santanni, 1019 Sherren Street (PF 3512)." Roll Call Ayes: Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. B. Adopting a Resolution Establishing 2004 Building Permit Fees Maschka moved, Klausing seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10173 entitled, "Resolution Revising and Updating Building Permit and Associated Permit Fees of the Community Development Department;" with fees effective January 1,2004. Roll Call Ayes: Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. C. Authorizing the Re-Opening of the 49er's 2004 Collective Bargaining Agreement to Reduce the Cost- of-Living Adjustment (COLA) from 3% to 2.3% Maschka/HIausing Mayor Kysylyczyn sought clarification on reopening the 49er's Union contract; noting the 1% market adjustment provided in the contract. City Manager Beets acknowledged that the collective bargaining provision allowed the City to reopen negotiations with respect to compensation, and didn't know what the result of the negotiations would be at this point.
