�� <br />��, � � <br />Roseville City Council <br />2002-2003 Standing Rules and Procedures <br />(Tentative O1/03/02) <br />Revised 4/22/02 & 07/15/02 <br />Rule 1— Adoption and Amendment of Rules <br />These rules shall be in effect for the 2002-2003 biennium. Any proposed amendments to the <br />rules shall be made in writing and adopted by resolution of the City CounciL These rules maybe <br />suspended by a simple majority of the-full council. <br />Rule 2 — Meeting <br />Meetings of the City Council shall be held at City Ha1L Work sessions will begin at <br />5:30pm, with regular meetings held at 7:OOpm. Appropriate notice and agenda information shall be <br />posted on the City Hall bulletin board, Web site, and government access cable television. <br />The City Manager will be responsible for notifying all Council members and the public of <br />special meetings called pursuant to state law. <br />Regular meetings of the Council shall be broadcast live on ��+�errsr�s�nt access cable TV <br />barring technical difficulties where delayed broadcast may substitute. Other meetings of the <br />Council may be cablecast at the discretion of the Council. <br />Rule 3— Order of Business for Regular Meetings <br />Work Sessions 5:30pm <br />I.
