A single temporary display sign�er <br />:r i��ns�� not to exceed twenry (20) squarefeet, within ten feet (10') of the sales area, and with properryowner <br />' approval, may be placed on a wall or solid surface for the thirty iw�4+4 (�30) day temporary sale. A site <br />H plan indicating the locarion of the sales area and sign sha11 be provided to the ciry for review and approval. <br />? 3. Incidental or seasonal sales, such as produce, nursery, or greenhouse sales, including an accessory <br />1 U structure may be permitted after issuance of a seasonal sales permit for a period not to exceed ninery (90) <br />I s calendar days, after review of the following criteria submitted with the permit applicarion: <br />:� a. The amount of outside sales area compared to the amount of inside sales space. <br />; 1 b. Location of the outside sales area and the extent it encroaches on required setbacks. <br />s� c. Impact on traffic, nr�pedestriancirculation, and emeraencvresvonse on the site. <br />�} d. Impact on parking on the site. <br />: G e. The heightof inerchandisedisplays. <br />1� f. The hours which merchandiseis displayed. <br />I 3 g. The rype of inerchandise to be displayed. <br />I'� h. Incidental or seasonal display signage, to a maximum of sevenry five (75) square feet in area, shall be <br />��1 placed on a solid surfaceor attached to a solid surfacefor the term of the display. <br />� I i. The issuance of a condirional use permit for the outsidedisplay of inerchandise shall not cause <br />35 nonconformingsites to be brought into conformance with all code requirements, or the dedicarion of street <br />36 rights of way. XProcess And Equipment Limitarions: Processes and equipment employed and goods processed or sold shall <br />38 be limited to those which are not objecrionableby reason of odor, dust, smoke, cinders, gas, noise, <br />39 vibrarion, refuse matter or water-carried waste. <br />40 G. �. Buffer Zone Between Business And Residence Ilistrict: Where a business district abuts a residence district, <br />41 any new development shall include a landscapedbuffer zone. There shall be a protecrivestrip of land not <br />42 less than ten feet (10') in width. This protecrivestrip shall contain no structures, shall not be used for <br />43 parking, off-street loading or storage. r�d�6aA ba �r�d�{re,�.
