The amount of outside sales area compared to the amount of inside sales space. <br />b. Location of the outside sales area and the extent it encroaches on required setbacks. <br />c. Impact on traffic pedestrian circulation, and emergency response on the site. <br />d. Impact on parking on the site. <br />e. The height of inerchandise displays. <br />£ The hours in which merchandise is displayed. <br />g. The type of inerchandise to be displayed. <br />5. The issuance of a conditional use permit for the outside display of inerchandise sha11 not cause <br />nonconforming sites to be brought into conformance with a11 code requirements, or the dedication of street <br />rights of way. Process And Equipment Limitations: Processes and equipment employed and goods processed or sold sha11 <br />be limited to those which are not objectionable by reason of odor, dust, smoke, cinders, gas, noise, <br />vibration, refuse matter or water-carried waste. <br />G.L Buffer Zone Between Business And Residence District: Where a business district abuts a residence district, <br />any new development sha11 include a landscaped buffer zone. There sha11 be a protective strip of land not <br />less than ten feet (10') in width. This protective strip sha11 contain no structures, sha11 not be used for <br />parking, off-street loading or storage. The landscape treatment sha11 include a compact screen wall or fence <br />but sha11 not extend within �ifteen feet (15') of the street right of way. The planting or fence design must be <br />approved by the Community DevelopmentDirector or designee as being in harmony with a residential <br />neighborhood and providing sufficient screening of the commercial area. The hedge or fence sha11 be no <br />less than six feet (6') nor more than eight feet (8') in height.
