Permitted, Accessory and Conditional Uses: See Section 1005.015 <br />B�, Residential District Uses Multiple-family dwellings and other uses permitted in residential <br />districts if constructed in B-1 district shall conform to setbacic, density and other requirements <br />under residence districts. (Ord. 275, 5-12-1959) <br />�. Minimum Requirements: See Section 1005.01. Where buildings are within one hundred fitly feet <br />(150') of a residential zone, such buildings shall be limited to the average height of existing <br />residential buildingsthat are located within one hundred fitly feet (150') of a proposed B-1 <br />building. The City Council may grant a conditional use permit for a building in a B-1 District to be <br />a maximum of three (3) stories upon application of a petitioner and holding of a public hearing <br />under the procedures set forth in Chapter 108 of this Code. Upon granting such a conditional use <br />permit, the City Council may impose such conditions which may be appropriate to protect the <br />public health, safety and welfare.
