EXTR.ACT OF MINLJTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 26th day of January 2004 at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder, and Kough and the following were absent: None Council M�nber introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO . A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DAY REVIEW PERIOD REGARDING A REQUEST BY KARA ROSE, 998 BROOKS STREET FOR A VARiANCE TO SECTION 1004.02D4 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DECK AND PORCH 14 FEET INTO THE REQUIRED 30 FOOT SETBACK ADJACENT TO AGLEN STREET. WHEREAS, an applicationwas submitted by Kara Rose on December 5,2003 for consideration of a comer side yard setback variance at 998 Brooks Street; and WHEREAS, said applicationwas reviewed and accepted as completeby the Community Development Department on December 15,2003, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at their meeting and p+�li� hearing on January 7, 2004 requested additional time to review this case at their February 4,2004 meeting, and WHEREAS, the application has a review deadline of February 13,2003; and WHEREAS, the City Council meets on February23,2004, which exceeds the review deadline; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, has requested a 60-day extension to the 60-day review period, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow the proper review and consideration of the request; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Kara Rose, 998 Brooks Street for consideration of a variance be extended for 60 days, from February 13,2004 to Aril 14,2004. �
