EXTR.ACT OF MINLJTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 26th <br />day of January 2004 at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder, and Kough <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Council M�nber introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO . <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DAY REVIEW PERIOD REGARDING A <br />REQUEST BY KARA ROSE, 998 BROOKS STREET FOR A VARiANCE TO SECTION <br />1004.02D4 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A <br />DECK AND PORCH 14 FEET INTO THE REQUIRED 30 FOOT SETBACK ADJACENT <br />TO AGLEN STREET. <br />WHEREAS, an applicationwas submitted by Kara Rose on December 5,2003 for <br />consideration of a comer side yard setback variance at 998 Brooks Street; and <br />WHEREAS, said applicationwas reviewed and accepted as completeby the Community <br />Development Department on December 15,2003, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at their meeting and p+�li� hearing on January 7, <br />2004 requested additional time to review this case at their February 4,2004 meeting, and <br />WHEREAS, the application has a review deadline of February 13,2003; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council meets on February23,2004, which exceeds the review <br />deadline; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, has requested a 60-day extension to the 60-day <br />review period, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow the proper review and <br />consideration of the request; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council") of the <br />City of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Kara Rose, 998 Brooks Street for <br />consideration of a variance be extended for 60 days, from February 13,2004 to Aril 14,2004. <br />� <br />
