EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 26th day of January, 2004, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: , and the following were absent: none. <br />Council member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION <br />FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE, <br />2003 CONTRACT B <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on March 31,2003, Tower <br />Asphalt, of Lakeland, Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associatedwith <br />2003 Contract B. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br />and approved; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order <br />for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warrantyperiod as specified in the contract <br />shall commence on January 27,2004. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof and the following voted against the <br />same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
