At the current <br />funding levels for each department the program would either need funding and resources from <br />outside sources or new program monies allocated through the City. <br />Potential Timeline <br />November, 2003 — Review and Recommendation by the Parks and Recreation Commission and <br />the Housing and Redevelopment Authority Board completed <br />November, 2003 — Report to City Council on recommended approach. <br />December, 2003 - planning for promotion and advertising for interested committee members. <br />January, 2004 — Informational Booth at the Home and Garden Fair and other advertising. <br />February, 2004 —Establish committee and meet to work on guidelines <br />March —April, 2004 —Report to City Council on Guidelines and Details of Program <br />April, 2004 — Implement program <br />Committee Recommendation <br />To continue to pursue a Home and Garden Program as outlined above. <br />\\Victoria\CommDev�Housing Files (HF)�HF0007_home award program�Roseville Home and Garden Program Committee Notes.doc <br />
