EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the t h day of , 2004, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough and 9 and the following were absent: None ]� 11 Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 12 13 14 15 16 17 RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUMMMARY OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE RELATING TO 18 19 WHEREAS, the City Council hereby determines that the text of the summary marked "Official 20 Summary of Ordinance No. , a copy of which is attached hereto, clearly informs the public 21 of the intent and effect of the ordinance, and 22 WHEREAS, the City Council, as described in Minnesota Statutes 412.191, hereby determines that 23 publication of the title and such summary will clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of 24 the ordinance, and now 25 THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED, that a copy of this ordinance shall be available in the officeof 26 the City Manager, which copy shall be available for inspection by any persons during regular 27 officehours, further, 28 BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager shall publish the title and the official summary of this 29 ordinance in the official newspaper of the City with notice that a printed copy of the ordinance is 30 available for inspection by any person during regular office hours at the Office of the City Manager 31 in City Hall located at 2660 Civic Center Drive. A copy of the ordinance and summary shall also 32 be posted at the Reference Desk of the Roseville Branch of the Ramsey County Library, 2160 33 Hamline Avenue, Roseville, Mn. 55113 and on the internet web page of the City of Roseville 34 (w�,vw.ci.ros�vill�.mn.us). x{ 36 37 38 39 40 41 42 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: and the following voted against: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
