The Panel (up to 25 members) will consist of: <br />I� Members drawn from the City Commissions (Chairs or designated representatives of <br />the HRA and Planning, Public Works/TransportationlUtilities, Parks, and Human <br />Rights Commissions) <br />� y Two representatives from each of four adj acent neighborhoods (NorthwestlBrenner, <br />east side of Langton Lake, East of Fairview, and the James Addition). — Refer to <br />Project Area Map Above. <br />3� Business and property owner representatives from within Twin Lakes and, 2 small <br />business owners/operators fro outside of Twin Lakes Business Park, and a staff <br />member representing the Roseville Visitor's Association (RVA). <br />�j One at-large member— a Rosevilleresident who does not live in the affected <br />neighborhoods. <br />The City's governmentpartners (EPA, MnPCA, MnDOT, MnDNR, Metro Council, Ramsey <br />County, and the 35W Corridor Coalition) will act as resources to the Panel. <br />The Developer and sub-developers will also act as advisory resources to the Panel. <br />The first meeting (February 12,2004) is scheduled as an open house educational session. Please <br />note that while all of the meetings will be open to the public, they will not be public hearings. <br />The facilitator and staff will strive to provide sufficient copies of informational materials for <br />interested members of the public who may attend. There will also be a part of each agenda where <br />the general public can ask questions and offer brief comments. <br />
