I am passionate about maintaining and enhancingthe strong business and residential communities of Roseville. My reason for wanting to serve is to bring the panel the perspective of a Roseville business owner. What is your view of the Twin Lakes Redevelopment area and how could you contribute to the process of preparation of redevelopment plans in cooperation with the Master Developer? The redevelopmentof Twin Lakes presents Rosevillewith an opportunity to build on its reputation as a premier suburb. I believe the unique location of this development being centrally located within the metro area, and it�accessto malor freeways both North/South and East/West has the potential to permanently put Roseville at a competitive advantage for years to come. I am mindful of the expense of redevelopment, the environmentalissues, the competing interests of stakeholders and the difficulty in moving large projects forward. I believe my experience as an owner of business transacting $45,000,000 in annual premiumwill bring financial and managerial insightto the panel. I have a background in construction underwriting and have an awareness of the environmental issues surrounding developments of this nature.
