Attachment to Application <br />WORK EXPERIENCE <br />Work experience includes 26 years with General Cinema Theatres. I held the position of <br />Senior Operations Manager here in the Twin Cities. My experience includes yearly <br />budget planning, (with yearly gross sales of 11 million dollars) of employee staffing <br />levels, cost controls with payroll and food and beverage. I have excellent understanding <br />of P&L statements and budget planning. <br />I received my Real Estate license in September, and I am now with Edina Realty in the <br />Roseville Office. <br />EDUCATION <br />Attended Monroe High School in St Paul, graduated in 1978. <br />Attended Luther Collage in Decorah Iowa from 1978 to 1979. <br />REASON FOR WANTING TO SERVE ON THE TWIN LAKES STAKEHOLDER <br />PANEL. <br />I have been a resident at my current address for 10 years; I enjoy living in this area. The <br />redevelopment of this area is very much needed. Rather than have the attitude "nnt in <br />my neiahborhood" as many people have when changes like this occur, I embrace the <br />changes with excitement and optimism. <br />WHAT IS MY VIEW OF THE TWIN LAKES REDEVELPMENT? <br />I would like to see a balance between keeping those people like myselfwho live in the <br />area pleased with the changes, while at the same time redeveloping this area. I see an <br />opportunity to work with the system and not against it. Being a resident of the area as <br />well as a Real Estate Agent for the area gives this project a unique voice in this very <br />important process. <br />
