Convene Meeting/Call to Order Convene Meeting <br />Mayor Klausing called the first newly-formatted Roseville City and Call to Order <br />Council Study Session to order at 6:16 p.m. in the City Hall 6:16 p.m. <br />Council Chambers on the above date and welcomed everyone. <br />In addition to Mayor Klausing, Councilmembers Maschka and <br />Kough were present. Councilmember Schroeder had previously <br />indicated he would be late; and arrived at 6:50 p.m. <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br />Roll Call (Voting Order) Roll Call <br />Councilmembers Schroeder, Maschka, Kough and Mayor <br />Klausing. <br />Agenda Approval Agenda Approval <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on <br />tonight's Agenda. There were no comments. <br />2. Public Comment Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the <br />audience on any non-agenda items. No one appeared. <br />3. Consent Items <br />Maschka moved, Kough seconded, Consent Items A and B. It <br />was noted that Councilmember Schroeder had some concerns <br />about the January 5, 2004 regular Council minutes, so the <br />Council would address that item later. <br />A. Setting a Public Hearing on Monday, January 26, 2004 <br />to Consider an Off-Sale Liquor License for the <br />SuperAmerica at 2172 Lexington Avenue <br />Maschka moved, Kough seconded, establishing a Public <br />Hearing on Monday, January 26, 2004 to consider <br />application of Speedway SuperAmerica for an Off-Sale <br />Intoxicating Liquor License at 2172 Lexington Avenue. <br />Consent Items <br />Setting a Public <br />Hearing on <br />Monday, January <br />26,2004 to <br />Consider an Off- <br />Sale Liquor License <br />for the Super- <br />
