Inoperative vehicles, with "inoperative" being interpreted to mean a state of <br />malfunction, deterioration or other physical condition rendering the vehicle incapable of <br />movement under its own power. Such vehicles would include those involved in accidents, <br />awaiting engine repairs, in need of body repair or painting and similar conditions. <br />2. Within Solid Opaque Wall Or Fence: The following storage shall be conducted wholly <br />within an area enclosed by a solid opaque wall or fence no less than eight feet (8') in height <br />and only in a I-2 General Industrial District: <br />a. Building materials and lumber sales. <br />b. Areas used for rental yards. <br />c. ����h i n� sales, bulk firewood sales. <br />d. Dirt, sand, gravel and rock sales. <br />e. Heavy equipment sales.
