(Thomas <br />Paschke has followed up on those issues and has been working with Har-Mar and Jerry's — <br />which owns the Cub store - as we11 as the adjacent residential neighbors.) <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br />3.1 Hold a first reading of the ordinance. Planning File 3528: Revisions to City Code Section 1006 (Shopping Centers). <br />Chair Mulder opened the hearing and requested CommunityDevelopmentDirectorDennis Welsch to presentverbal <br />summaryofthestaffreportdatedDecember3,2003. WelschreviewedcommentsreceivedbytheCommissionfrom <br />the November 5, 2003 meeting and explained how staff and city attorney had added new wording to solve the <br />Commission concerns. <br />Cindy Ridge, 1464 Eldridge, stated there are additional needs similar to Har-Mar (restricted delivery vehicles). <br />Deliveryvehiclesarecurrentlyparkinganddeliveryonthesite(whatcouldbeadded?). Deliverytrucksenterthesite <br />at 6:30 a.m. instead of 7:00 a.m. Signage at the Har-Mar should restrict trucks to not deliver on the site. Chair Mulder <br />asked if 24 hour gas stations are included (No, unless in a shopping center district). Thomas Paschke noted no other <br />districthas these provisions. ThomasPaschke said vehicles could be parked along Snelling Avenue (not adj acentto <br />docks and residential areas).
