� � � 1� Ill 1� I .� I� I� I ti I? 1� L� ,� + �L �� EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the _ day of ,2003, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough and I{y�}']v�.�}�-t and the following were absent: None Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUMMMARY OF AN ORDINANCE TO SECTION OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE RELATING TO WHEREAS, the City Council hereby determines that the text of the summary marked "Official Summary of Ordinance N o., a copy of which is attached hereto, clearly informs the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance, and �3 WHEREAS, the City Council, as described in Minnesota Statutes 412.191, hereby determines that �� publication of the title and such summary will clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of ? � the ordinance, and now 1�#� �? THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a copy of this ordinance shall be available in the officeof �� the City Manager, which copy shall be available for inspection by any persons during regular � � office hours, further, 3� 3] BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager shall publish the title and the official summary of this �� ordinance in the official newspaper of the City with notice that a printed copy of the ordinance is 33 available for inspection by any person during regular office hours at the Office of the City Manager .�� in City Hall located at 2660 Civic Center Drive. A copy of the ordinance and summary shall also �5 be posted at the Reference Desk of the Roseville Branch of the Rarnsey County Library, 2160 �� Harnline Avenue, Roseville, Mn. 55113 and on the internet web page of the City of Roseville �� {www.ci.roseville.mn.us). �� �
