Regular City Council Meeting — O1/26/04 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 33 <br />the public to his allegations. <br />Councilmember Schroeder noted for the record that his concerns <br />were not of a political nature; that he sincerely believed the <br />process should be delayed until after the Special Election in <br />fairness to the newly-elected Councilmember. <br />Mayor Klausing respectfully acknowledged Councilmember <br />Schroeder's comments. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: Schroeder. <br />City Manager Beets sought clarification of direction from <br />Councilmembers with respect to the proposed Town Hall <br />meetings, noting the considerable efforts required by staff to <br />confirm a site and preparations. It was the consensus of <br />Councilmembers to so direct staff to move forward with the <br />plans for the Town Hall meetings. <br />Meeting Schedule <br />Mayor Klausing noted that there appeared to be some concern <br />regarding the established meeting time for regular Council <br />meetings, and clarified the normal 6:00 p.m. meeting times, <br />unless unforeseen circumstances were experienced. <br />City Attorney Anderson confirmed that there was no requirement <br />to post a meeting schedule for the entire year, just to provide <br />notice of the next meeting. <br />Mayor Klausing noted that the next regularly scheduled Council <br />meeting would be Monday, February 9, 2004 at 6:00 p.m. in the <br />Roseville City Hall Council Chambers. <br />13. Adjournment Adjournment <br />Schroeder moved, Maschka seconded, adjournment of the <br />meeting at 9:54 p.m. <br />
