I now oversee the 3 million square <br />foot portfolio of residentiaUcom.merczal properties owned by Roseville Properties and its �li�� <br />partnerships, and retain ownership positions m sare of those a s we1L I have served on the Board of <br />Directors of the St. Paul Building Owr►ers and rRanagers Association, a number of St. Paul Chamber of <br />Commerce Task Forces; includ'mg Light Rail Transit and the Shepard Road Advisory Committee, as � <br />well as the County Road C Task Force in the Ciiy of Roseville. Some of those properties lay in <br />the proposed Twin Lakes development area, and the opportunity for our company to <br />initiate and continue to participate in the redevelopment of that area with our partners � <br />would seem to naturally justifyour inclusion on this StakeholderPanel. <br />� <br />
