Procedure For Variances: Any owner of land may file an application for a variance by paying <br />the fee set forth in section 1014.03 of this title, providing a completed application and supporting <br />documents as set forth in the standard community development department application form, and <br />by providing the city with an abstractor's certified property certificate showing the properiy <br />owners within three hundred fifty feet (350') of the outer boundaries of the parcel of land on <br />which the variance is requested. Section 1013.03 (Time Limitations) is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />Any action by the city council which grants any conditional use permit or anv action bv the <br />variance board in regard to a variance pursuant to this chapter, heretofore or hereafter granted, <br />shall expire within six (6) months after the date of said action, unless the applicant for such use <br />or variance shall have been granted a building permit, if needed, and actually commenced <br />construction or use. The applicant shall record approved conditional use permits or variances <br />with the Ramsey County Recorder prior to issuance of any building permit or within s�ty (60) <br />days after approval, whichever is less.
