I-� I-2 �-2A <br />P P � <br />� � P <br />I <br />CUP CUP <br />CUP CUP <br />CUP _ CUP <br />P � P I P <br />I <br />P j P P <br />P P P <br />P � P P <br />1007.02: I-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS: <br />The i-1 Light Industrial District is designed to primarily accommodatewholesale business <br />activities, biatechnical and biomedical activities, integrated office and high tech computer <br />hardware and software design and assembly, and industrial operations (whose external, <br />physical effects are restricted to the area of the district and in no manner affect in a <br />detrimental way any of the surrounding districts). The I-1 District permits, along with any <br />specified uses, the manufacturing, compounding, processing, packaging, assembly, and/or <br />treatment of finished or semi-finished products from previously prepared material. The <br />processing of raw material for shipment in bulk form, to be used in an industrial operation at <br />another location, is not permitted. The I-1 Light Industrial District is intended for certain <br />areas designated as I Industrial areas in the ComprehensivePlan. <br />�_ Permitted, Accessory, and Conditional Uses: See Use Chart, Section 1007.015 The following <br />uses, shown in Section 1007.015, shall apply to all land and buildings that may be erected, <br />converted, or structurally altered in this zoning district. <br />B_ Open Storage Prohibited: All open storage is prohibited in light industrial districts. All <br />storage shall be maintained within a closed building. (Ord. 537, 5-8-1967; amd. 1995 <br />Code) <br />C_ Motor vehicle dealers permitted.
