Application Narrative <br />Variance Application for 370 Millwood St., Roseville, MN 55ll3 <br />We have lived at 370 Millwood Street for almost 13 years, making a number of <br />improvements to our home, and planning for an addition above our existing garage. <br />Diane has been a Roseville resident for 36 years. We are seeking this variance to add a <br />�'� garage stall in order to provide additional storage for our boat and trailer, and for <br />future vehicle storage. We prefer to store our belongings inside a garage to maintain a <br />well-kept appearance of our property. <br />Our neighbors to the south, Mike and Mary Deitz, at 373 Maple Lane Ct. are adjoined to <br />our back yard. Their garage currently extends into the 30 feet from the properiy line as <br />required by city code and is 20 feet from the properiy line off Western. Our proposed <br />additional garage would allow almost the same distance (19 feet, 8 inches) from our <br />properiy line and would be in line with their garage. <br />
