Regular City Council Minutes - 3/31/03 <br />Page 10 <br />Councilmember Kough and Mayor Kysylyczyn expressed <br />their appreciation to the neighborhood and developers and <br />their level of cooperation in developing the project. <br />Councilmember Mascllka sought a contact number for <br />residents to access additional information regarding unit <br />availability, with Mr. Mark Nelson, representing United <br />Properties, and staff providing the office number: 65 1- <br />766-6858 (United Properties). <br />Mike Schneider, 1490 Centennial <br />Expressed his appreciation to staff, Councilmembers and <br />developers for the quality of approved project. <br />B. Daniel Boerigter's Request for a Variance at 2080 Resolution 10082A <br />Farrington Avenue (PF 3454) Resolution 10082B <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, adoption of Variance Requests <br />Resolution No. 10082A entitled, "Resolution Approving a at 2080 Farrington <br />1,780 Square Foot Variance to Section 1004.O1A6 of the Avenue <br />Roseville City Code for Property Located at 2080 (PF 3454) <br />Farrington Avenue (PF 3454), to allow construction of <br />living area, a front porch, covered and sidewalk, and <br />adoption of Resolution No. 10082B entitled "Resolution <br />Approving a Nine Foot Variance to Section 1004.02D5 of <br />the Roseville City Code for Property Located at 2080 <br />Farrington Avenue {PF3454). <br />Planning Consultant Thomas Paschke briefly reviewed the <br />variance request and responded to Council questions. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn acknowledged the applicant in <br />attendance, and clarified that he was aware of and in <br />agreement with the conditions; with the applicant <br />responding affirmatively. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Klausing, Kough, Maschka and <br />I�}r$}rl}+�. <br />Nays: None. <br />
