1 <br />�. <br />City Council Minutes <br />DRAFT—Regular Council Meeting—DRAFT <br />Monday, February 9,2004 <br />Oath of Office for City Councilmember Amy Ihlan <br />City Manager Neal Beets administered the Oath of Office to City <br />Councilmember Amy Ihlan. <br />Councilmember Ihlan thanked the Council and community for <br />this opportunity to serve the City. <br />Call Roll and Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing called the Roseville City Council meeting to <br />order at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers on the <br />above date and welcomed everyone. <br />Roll Call (Voting Order) <br />Councilmembers Ihlan, Schroeder, Maschka, Kough and Mayor <br />Klausing. <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br />Mayor Klausing recognized a number of Journalism students <br />from Northwestern College in the audience. <br />Date: 02/23/04 <br />Item: 2.2 <br />Minutes of 02/09/04 <br />Oath of Office for <br />City <br />Councilmember <br />Amy Ihlan <br />Call Roll and <br />Approve Agenda <br />2. Public Comment Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the <br />audience on any non-agenda items. <br />A. Bruce Kennedy,1416 Slallman Avenue W <br />Mr. Kennedy noted the status of the bill in the state <br />legislature allowing cities to use alternative voting systems. <br />B. John Kysylyczyn, 3083 Victoria Street N <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn spoke about citizen participation in the <br />State Legislature. He also spoke about his view of the City <br />Council agenda format. <br />
