No signage being permitted on the 60 foot tall raised roof section. <br />d, Communication antenna may be permitted if antenna are an integral component <br />of the architecture. <br />7.0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br />7.1 On February 4,2004, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing <br />regarding the Hood variance request. At the meeting no citizens or adjacent properiy <br />owner's addressed the Commission. The City Planner did indicate that there was a need <br />to specify the magnitude (specific size) of the variance. The Commission did have a few <br />general questions of the City Planner and the applicant (see attached minutes). <br />7.2 The Planning Commission voted (7-0) to recommend approval (approval w/modifications <br />or denial) of a 15 foot VARIANCE to Section 1007.01 E(Building Height) of the <br />Roseville City Code for Investors Real Estate Trust to allow a small portion of the area <br />leased by Hood Packaging, 3075 Long Lake Road to have a roof height of 60 feet, based <br />on the findings of Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated <br />February 4,2004. <br />8.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />8.1 ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 15 FOOT VARIANCE TO Section <br />1007.O1E (Building Height) of the Roseville City Code for Investors Real Estate Trust <br />to allow a small portion of the area leased by Hood Packaging, 3075 Long Lake Road to <br />have a roof height of 60 feet, based on the findings of Section 5 and conditions of Section <br />6 of the project report dated February 23,2004. <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke (651-490-2236) <br />Attachments: Location map, narrative, site plan, aerial photos and resolution. <br />PF3547 — RCA 022304 - Page 5 of 5 <br />
