EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the ��� day of February, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVINGA VARIANCE TO SECTION 1004.02D4 OF THE <br />ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR DIANE HOLMGREN <br />370 MILLWOOD STREET (PF3545) <br />WHEREAS, Diane Holmgren has requested a VARTANCE to Section 1004.02D4 <br />(Corner Lot Setback) of the Roseville City Code to allow the construction of third attached <br />garage stall on to the west side of her home; and <br />WHEREAS, the Holmgren parcel is located at 370 Millwood Street, and legally <br />described as: <br />Lot 1, Block 4, Tschida Owasso Hills <br />PIN: 01-29-23-13-0064 <br />WHEREAS,1004.02D4 reads: "a side ya�d adjacent to a st�eet on a co�ne� lot shall not <br />be less than 30 feet "; and <br />WHEREAS, the Holmgren principal structure was constructed in 1976 and lies 32 feet <br />from the property line adjacent to Western Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed condition would place the attached garage 20 feet from the <br />property line adjacent to Western Avenue, which location is an 10 foot encroachment into the <br />required setback; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />Holmgren request, recommending (7-0) approval of a 10 foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.02D4 <br />of the Roseville City Code, based on the findings of Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the <br />project report dated February 4,2004; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve a 10 <br />foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.02D4 of the Roseville City Code for Diane Holmgren, 370 <br />Millwood Street, subject to the following conditions: <br />
