<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in <br /> <br />said village on Monday, the 5th day of August, 1968, at 7~30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Shields, Curley, Grauel, and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3051 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO Il1PROVEl.iEi'ifT <br />NO. 65-38 A DECLARING :COST TO BE <br />ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF PROPOSED ASSESS~mNT <br /> <br />\~REAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. 65-38 A <br />of the Village of Roseville, in the area described in the legal <br />notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the contract <br />price for such improvement is $ Sll~845 and the other <br />expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvement amount to $ 47 ~567 so that the total <br />cost of the improvement will be $ 559,412 , and of this <br />cQst the village will pay $ 297,412 as its share <br />of the cost. <br />
