We are preparing to submit the results to the Claims Office. They are required, within the terms of the settlement agreement, to provide you with a written settlement offer within 45 days of receipt of these results. Includeci with your bid results, you are required to submit your formal request to participate m design fee reimbursement, In order to do this you must: Provide a copy of a paid invoice for design fees. You will be reimbursedfor this expense within 30 days of receipt of the request by the claims office`. Or � You may simply assign these fees to be paid directly to PhenCan and avoid any out-of- pocket expense entirely. Our invoice is included and provides a simple check box for assigning the fees that you can fax back to us. If you choose to pay PhenCon directly the Settlement Agreement requires that you "incur" the expense before you can be reimbursed. Upon receipt of the assignmentor payment from the owner we will forward the bids to the claims office. Upon receipt of your settlement offer, fax a copy to our office and we will continue to work on your behalf to maximize your settlement and if necessary, solicit alternate proposals to help lower your out of pocket expenses.
