Hear a Presentation and Discuss an Ordinance Requiring <br />Disclosure of Contributions of More than $100 in City <br />Election Campaigns <br />Councilmember Ihlan introduced the discussion of a proposed <br />ordinance requiring public disclosure of contributions of more <br />than $100 in City Election campaigns, seeking Council <br />consideration and interest in further pursuit of such an ordinance. <br />Councilmember Ihlan had invited and <br />David Schultz of the Hamlin University <br />Public Administration and Management; <br />State Constitutional and Election Law. <br />introduced Professor <br />Graduate School of <br />for his expertise in <br />Professor David Schultz, Hamline University <br />Professor Schultz briefly reviewed the broader public's right to <br />know versus privacy concerns for donors; and policy issues <br />related to disclosure and U. S.
