City Council gives guidance to staff and the Community about those <br />issues. <br />Desired Outcomes of Meeting: Better informed Council, Community, and <br />staff. Councilmembers share their policy preferences about the agenda items. <br />Help create a foundation for good decisions about City business. <br />Meeting Guidelines: Please treat people the way you would like to be treated - <br />• Be Fair and Open-Minded about Other People's Views. <br />• Separate the People from the Problem. <br />• Be Respectful to Everyone, Especially if You Disagree with Them or <br />They Are Not Present at this Meeting to Listen and Respond. <br />Study Session Agenda <br />1.
