Let's work together to "Keep Roseville Beautiful." The Roseville City Council will proclaim the month of April as "Keep Roseville Beautiful" month. Spring is a time of year when the litter that has accumulated over the winter months begins to reveal itsel£ Therefore, the City will concentrate on picking up litter throughout the month of April. You play an important part in Roseville. We hope you will j oin us in proclaiming April as "Keep Roseville Beautiful" month, and we ask you to take an active part in keeping Roseville beautiful. Here are some ways that you can help. i} Pick up litter and debris around your property. Keep dumpsters closed, and trash receptacles accessible. �} Sign up to be a litter picking volunteer. Call Roseville City Hall at 651-792-7028with your name, address, phone number and availability. These volunteers will be organized and asked to clean up in areas such as city and county right-of-ways, open spaces, parks and city grounds. Safety and - litter-picking supplies will be provided. Tentatively planned dates and times are: - AprilSth 9-11 April8th 9-11 April 13th 1-3 April 17th 9-11 or 1-3 Apri121st 9-11 Apri125th 1-3 Apri128th 1-3. �} Invite your neighbors to help. Organize a neighborhood group to pick litter around your neighborhood. Bags can be provided. �� If you or your business wants to pick litter along a state roadway, contact the State's "Adopt-A- Highway" program at 651-582-1718. If you are already a volunteer, please join us and pick up your adopted area in April. �� If you want to adopt a Roseville Park, contact 7eff Evenson for the "Adopt-A-Park" program at 651-792-7107. �} Do not litter, and if you see litter when you are walking around the City, do your part and pick it �p.
