�eparr�t�n i <br />�FrC;,r ��i. <br />REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCILACTION <br />City Manager A�, <br />t�. _ � ; <br />I�em L}rs�ripticm; J�uelfFi k'ermit Request <br />Owasso Heights Townhome Association <br />1.0 Background: <br />1.1 <br />1.2 <br />1.3 <br />1.4 <br />1.5 <br />2.0 <br />2.1 <br />2.2 <br />2.3 <br />3.0 <br />DATE: ��4 <br />ITEM NO: 3.b <br />Agenda Section: <br />CONSENT <br />Owasso Heights Townhome Association is requesting the City Council direct the <br />Roseville Fire Marshal to issue a burn permit for Prairie Grass restoration. <br />The Roseville Fire Marshal has reviewed the request for a burn permit for the Prairie <br />Grass restoration and has inspected the site. <br />The site of the proposed burn is on the West side of Western Avenue, North of Owasso <br />Hills Drive and South of Highpointe Curve. <br />Prairie Restorations Inc. will be conducting the prescribed burn. <br />The date of the burn was not specified. <br />Staff Recommendations: <br />The Roseville Fire Marshal recommends that the City Council directs Staff to issue the <br />requested burn permit for the Prairie Grass restoration, pursuant to Roseville City Code <br />Section 404.02. <br />The only materials to be burned are natural vegetative materials. <br />The burn permit to be issued for a period effective April 15,2004 through April 30,2004. <br />In effect day light hours only. <br />The Fire Department must be notified prior to the igniting of the fire. <br />Suggested Council action: <br />By motion, approve the bun permit request of the Owasso Height Townhome Association <br />to conduct a prescribed burn for Prairie Grass restoration.
